Hiring of Helpers/AAYAs in Govt. Girls High School Srinagar

Applications are invited from eligible female candidates for engagement as Helpers/AAYAs, under Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) for the year 2022-23. The deployment of Helper/AAYA shall be purely terminus and shall start from the date she is engaged/hired and shall conclude with the end of academic session, and shall not confer any right to permanent absorption in the department. In case of any misconduct, misbehave and poor performance while discharging duty, by a Helper/Aaya, the concerned HOI shall have the right to terminate the service of Helper/Aaya in consultation with the Muncipal Ward.
The candidate must be :
1. Resident of the Municipal Ward of the School.
2. Below Poverty Line (BPL).
3. 8th Class Passed.
4. Physically and Mentally fit to carry out the job.
5. 18-45 years of age as on lst January 2023.
The Helper/Aaya shall get an honorarium of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) per month, paid by Samagra Shiksha. The preference shall be given to the candidates from BPL Category in the below-mentioned Order of Priority :
i. Widow
ii. Divorced
iii. Orphan
iv. Any candidate among the poorest of the poor in the Village/Ward.
The Helpers/AAYAs for pre-primary sections of the school shall have to perform below mentioned
suggestive tasks :
a). Escorting the children at their arrival, departure, between activities.
b). Maintaining the hygiene of the children.
c). Helping the teacher in preparing class for activities.
d). Assisting the children in taking food under the supervision of Teacher, under MDM.
e). Any other assignment given by Hol for the proper care of Children.
